These pictures portraits a little about living and circumstances from
the Baltic coast in Western Finland, mostly from Makholma village
where I live, still a small rural community near town Pori.


I started this blog in 2003 to give friends and customers some kind of
image about life in this peripherical place. I turned into panoramic
pictures, as they tells things far better, than anything I tried to write.

The panoramas are done by stiching digitally taken photographs together.
I'm not using any stiching software, I'm doing this only with regular Photo-
shop tools by hand. An average panorama is made from 7 to 11 pictures,
but can be cropped as the pictures above.

Prints and banderolls up to twenty feets are done from some of these
photographs. If you feel interested in any picture, done small or big,
